This project will be based mainly on the requirements addressed in the Annex I of the Regulation (EC) No 66/2010 of the European Parliament and the council of 25 November 2009 on the EU Ecolabel and Communication COM(2008) 400 "Public Procurement for a better Environment". The priority in this revision process should be to first analyse which of the existing criteria and the supporting evidence are still valid and to identify the additional research that should be carried out as described below. Potential additional criteria can be developed, if identified as necessary in the course of the study.
The following five tasks are foreseen:
Task 1: Product definition and categorization of the product group
Task 2: Economic and market analysis
Task 3: Technical analysis
This project was finalised on June of 2020.
