The criteria revision process for this product group is finalised.

This is the project website for revision for GPP criteria for "Food procurement, Catering Services and Vending machines" product group.

This study has being carried out by the Joint Research Centre's Directorate B - Growth and Innovation(JRC). The work has being developed for the European Commission's Directorate General for the Environment.

The GPP for Food procurement, Catering Services and Vending machines promotes the consumption of products and services with a reduced environmental impact through the life cycle and promotes the best practices in the sector.

During the GPP criteria revision continuous wide consultation was carried out with experts and stakeholders, i.e. manufacturers, supply chain industry, consumer organizations and NGOs. Stakeholder involvement was a crucial part of this study. You can follow the progress of the study through this website.
