We are pleased to announce that the second stakeholder working group meeting will take place over a full day on Wednesday 19th December 2018 at the Borschette Centre, Rue Froissart 36, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels. The tentative schedule is 09:00 -16:30.

Registered stakeholders interested in attending should inform the JRC B5 Secretariat no later than Wednesday 21st November 2018 by using the Vote Buttons on the top of the recently sent mail or by replying to: JRC-B5-SECRETARIAT@ec.europa.eu. If you haven't yet registered as a stakeholder you can do so here.

The main aim of the meeting is to present Tasks 4 and 5 of the Preparatory study which focus on identification of options for the base cases, best available technologies and best not yet available technologies, as well as initial findings from environmental and economic assessment of the base cases. The meeting will also include an update on the standardisation work been carried out by the JRC, including initial proposals for transitional methods. A follow up webinar specifically addressing the Ecolabel and Green Public Procurement (GPP) is anticipated for early in the new year and registered stakeholders will be informed of the date in due course.

Draft working documents for the meeting will be made available to registered stakeholders around 3 weeks in advance by separate email. The publication of the draft working documents will be accompanied by a period of written consultation, up to 4 weeks after the meeting.
