Documents and Stakeholders

For the management of stakeholder communication, the JRC uses a bespoke software called BATIS. All documents and questionnaires of the project are accessible for registered stakeholders using this communication tool.

You can register as stakeholder on this website.

A selection of documents is listed openly on this page in 'most recent first' order.

This section contains the main documents used as reference, and Directorate B working documents. We welcome your comments and suggestions on these working documents, as this will help us improving them and take your views on board. To be able to comment them, you need to be registered as stakeholder (Technical Working Group member) in the JRC IPTS stakeholder communication internet tool, called BATIS.

As part of the revision process of the existing EU Ecolabel criteria for Lubricants a questionnaire has been prepared to gather the stakeholders input and opinions on the most relevant topics to consider during the revision process. The questionnaire is designed to be filled out and submitted online and can be accessed by clicking EcolabelLubricants2016 or copying and pasting the following URL into your browser:

The data that you provide by mean of this questionnaire will help us understand the priorities for the revision procedure and to check whether the scope and definitions are suitable for this product group.

Please submit the questionnaire before Friday 15th of April to ensure that all comments can be fully considered in this process.

All responses received through this questionnaire will be treated as confidential. Any publication we produce will be restricted to including data in an aggregated format only and comments will not be attributable unless this is specifically requested.

We rely heavily on stakeholder consultation, so your time and expertise are greatly appreciated and valued.
